Registration Instructions

Participants may pre-register by downloading, completing, and returning the Symposium Registration form by regular mail. Register by May 15, 2001, to receive the discounted early registration fee. Use this same form to reserve on-campus housing, optional meal tickets, and/or parking. Registration materials should be mailed to:

Fees are payable by MasterCard, Visa, or check. Checks should be drawn on a United States bank in U.S. dollars. Checks drawn from a non-U.S. bank, in any currency, will be charged a $75.00 processing fee. This fee must be included with the registration.

Fees for Attending the Symposium

Registration Fee
The registration fee includes daily continental breakfast, one banquet ticket, the Sunday evening dinner reception, and the Monday evening mixer/poster session. The registration fees are as follows:

Companion Ticket(s) for the Banquet
Extra banquet tickets for companions may be purchased at a price of $50 each.

Optional Meal Tickets
Participants desiring a campus dining hall meal plan for those meals that are not included in the registration fee should purchase meal tickets in advance, using the Symposium Registration form. We cannot guarantee availability of meal tickets for on-site registrants. Alternatively, there is a small cluster of restaurants within a ten minute walk from campus, and two other clusters are approximately 1.5 miles away. Participants electing the optional meal plan may choose which meal tickets they would like to purchase. Costs for meal tickets are as follows:

$6.30 per lunch

On-campus parking will be available from Saturday, June 9, through Thursday, June 14, 2001, at a price of $5.50 per day per vehicle.

Refund Policy
Requests for refunds received on or before May 15, 2001, will be granted with a $25.00 administrative fee. Refund requests received May 16 through June 9, 2001, will be granted with a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests received after June 9, 2001 will not be granted.

    Registration is still open. Housing reservations are made on the same form as the Meeting Registration, so reserve your housing early to get priority!
