Abstracts must be received in electronic form no later than
December 1, 2000.
Abstract Submission Instructions
1. Download the Abstract Submission Form by clicking HERE. This is a Word file that must be completed electronically.
2. Complete the abstract submission form, following the instructions on the form.
3. Save the completed form as a Word file. Please name the Word file by the last name and the first initial of the speaker. If this speaker is submitting more than one abstract, each abstract should be submitted as a separate Word file. In those cases, please add the appropriate number to the end of each file name. For example, if Andrew Carnegie is to be the speaker for two different presentations, use CarnegieA1.doc for the first file name and CarnegieA2.doc for the second Word file).
4. E-mail the Word file as an attachment to email@example.com , and type the file name in the subject line of the e-mail message. IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING MULTIPLE ABSTRACTS, PLEASE SEND A SEPARATE E-MAIL MESSAGE FOR EACH ABSTRACT.
